Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) is used all over the world to determine the prognosis following head trauma. GCS score has three components,Eye Opening, Motor response, Verbal response.A GCS score below 7 carries poor prognosis and GCS score above 9 has good prognosis.

EMV score 465.A person who opens eyes spontaneously, obeys commands and who is well oriented gets the maximum GCS score.
